The next 3 practices will guide you through progressively more challenging versions of classic yoga balances. With many helpful tips to make the poses easier, you will learn to do these poses safely and with confidence in the privacy of your home. Also included is an introductory overview to increase your understanding of this critical sense, and a wonderful guided relaxation.
