Liberal Congressman Barnaby DeLayton is facing an ethics complaint and a well-funded conservative opponent. His expanded district includes New Canaan, California, home of a charismatic televangelist and a billionaire who wants to build a space ark. With just a few weeks to go before the election, DeLayton is facing certain defeat.

It?s written by a woman who spent ten years in Washington, and another fifteen in Hollywood and is fairly fed up with both. She does, however, like George Clooney quite a bit.
