About the Bands:
By providing a smooth transition through a range of resistances, the powerful exercise bands provide a safer and more dynamic method of training compared to bungee cords or parachutes. Our bands are manufactured through a durable layering process that allows them to safely stretch over 2.5 times their normal length allowing athletes to train at a high velocity while improving their agility and mobility.

About the Poster:
Our Poster includes detailed descriptions of several exercises specially designed to enhance first step explosiveness and ground force reaction, build lower body strength, and develop blazing speed.

About TopSpeed:
The training program was developed by Coach Joseph Potts, owner of TopSpeed Strength & Conditioning, and a contributing expert to ESPN, YahooSports and STACK Magazine. He has coached athletes and All-Stars from the NFL, MLB, the US Olympic Team and international pro basketball.
